What would be great is if someone could get a picture of Harper with Stuart Smalley.
Hey ... it's rumoured that the Harper's have a set of handcuffs in their bedroom at 24 Sussex ... and they keep the bedroom light on well into the morning ... and that encounter with the CBCs 22 Minute bimbo who proclaimed her love for Harper was no coincidence ... and then Harper asks her if she likes handcuffs too ..!!!
